I didn’t realize it at the time, but the first year of the institute was life-changing for me. I have worked with Norman Shub in a variety of settings, for several different purposes, but I never had an understanding of the depth of complexity of the process he and his team work through until I experienced the Institute. As an aspiring leadership counselor, I now have a framework within which to work. I didn’t have that before. My journey of learning in this area has just begun but I could not be more happy that I “stumbled in” to this process.
